Brought in for oil change and tire rotation. They found battery low and front brakes worn. Advised it would be covered under warranty so they took care of both without charge. Very professional staff and courteous service. We were as pleased as possible with our visit and were treated as if we were the only customer even though they were very busy. If you going to Autonation Toyota in Pinellas Park for an oil change expect to wait over 2 hours. When questioned about the length of time the response was 'Unfortunately this is how long it takes.' Very ine oil change expect to wait over 2 hours. When questioned about the length of time the response was 'Unfortunately this is how long it takes.' Very inefficient and a general waste of time. The issue I had with this dealership is that I set an appointment for 11:45am to do my initial 5000-mile checkup. I arrived at 11:35am, but it was 11:55am before anyone even came up to my vehicle in the appointment for 11:45am to do my initial 5000-mile checkup. I arrived at 11:35am, but it was 11:55am before anyone even came up to my vehicle in the service bay to ask if I had an appointment. They informed me that they just needed to rotate the tires and inspect the vehicle, oil change would be done at 10,000 miles. Vladimir then told me they were behind, and it would be 2 hours to get everything done. It ended up taking 2 1/2 hours to do my initial 5000-mile checkup. I think that if you ask a customer to set an appointment, those appointments should be priority over someone just pulling in without an appointment. More
