This review summarizes my experience with Auto Nation Toyota Pinellas Park. I was greeted by service center representative within two minute wait time. Representative confirmed my name and appointment Toyota Pinellas Park. I was greeted by service center representative within two minute wait time. Representative confirmed my name and appointment. .Representative informed me that my service advisor was Dylan. Within a minute or two Dylan approached me and asked if I was hanging out at dealer for car recall repair. I Enjoyed a hot coffee provided by dealership. Two hrs later I received a text from Dylan…recommendations and pictures by service tech inspecting my vehicle. I rejected repair recommendations due to cost and necessity of completion. Three hours later I texted Dylan for status of vehicle repair. A return text verified my car was within minutes of repair completion. Since my last visit to dealership months ago, communication via phone text for service advisor questions wasn’t available. Without a doubt this process was a much needed ad on in service dept. Not only was the waiting period for vehicle stress free, but communication process via phone text kept me updated on repair plus opened up and prevented future repair trips to dealership. Although I didn’t purchase service advisor/tec repair recommendations, really appreciated the awareness to car mechanical condition. Recommend AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park! More
