My go to service guy wasn’t available so someone else helped me out and the experience was okay. Wasn’t the best customer interaction that I’ve ever received but I got my oil change within an hour and ha helped me out and the experience was okay. Been going to this location for a moment so instead of waiting for a phone call to let me know that my car was ready, I actually saw the car out in the parking lot and came in to get the keys. Therefore the service was probably completed before the hour and half but I just wasn’t notified. More
