Arrived early and was greeted promptly by a service rep, who took my information and directed me to the customer lounge, and told me that I would be kept apprised of the service on my truck. While waiting P who took my information and directed me to the customer lounge, and told me that I would be kept apprised of the service on my truck. While waiting Paul Kim met with me to advise me that there was a recall notice on my truck and that they would take care of it while they serviced the truck. Paul kept me apprised of everything the entire time I was there. He even let me know about the recall notice on my wife's Rav4 and what the notice pertained to. Paul got me out of there in a record time of 2 hours, which for Toyota is impossible. More
