Mixed bag. My RAV-4 was experiencing paint peeling, and Toyota had a service bulletin to fix it. My dealings with the Collision Department were very positive. Drop off on a Saturday evening was convenient. Communication was excellent, and the job was completed well ahead of time (10 days vs. an expected 2-3 weeks). The problem was that the fuel door which was repainted no longer operated when the car was picked up. A part has been ordered so the vehicle is not yet fully operational. Hoping that the part will arrive today or tomorrow and I can be done with this. Wasn't expecting four trips to the dealer to deal with this. More

Frustrating to walk in and be told you need $600 service work when it’s not necessary. Also the customer service person should be knowledgeable about the warranty in place and what is needed rather than how work when it’s not necessary.
