I made an appointment to get a new set of tires and to have my oil changed for 1045. I got there at 1030 and was told it would be about a 2 hour wait which I was fine with. 3 hours pass by and I still had have my oil changed for 1045. I got there at 1030 and was told it would be about a 2 hour wait which I was fine with. 3 hours pass by and I still hadn’t heard anything so I asked the gentlemen helping me and he apologized and said it would only be about 30 more minutes. 90 more minutes pass and I still hadn’t gotten an update so I asked again and was told a second time that it would only be another 30 minutes. I ended up being there for almost 6 hours with almost no communication letting me know why it was taking so long. They offered me a complimentary vehicle but everything I needed was in the car that was already up on the car lift. That kind of wait is unacceptable, especially if there was a schedule appointment.
