My experience with Alen Kadiric was great. He does an awesome job taking care of the customer. My only issue is with the service tech not adjusting the tire pressure on both sides of the car. Toyota dealership charges a heck ton more than other places but I was happy to go there for their service quality. Unfortunately, my last visit has left me distasteful and I will surely not visit them a places but I was happy to go there for their service quality. Their staff member did not update me on my car's service status and left me hanging for over 6 hours in total. POOR Customer Service!
