They practice deceptive and fraudulent tactics. They will tell you something should be replaced or serviced when in fact it doesn’t. i’ve been taking my cars here for service for a long time now. and i’ve never had such a terrible experience until today. i took my car today due to the engine oil level low light being on, and me checking t now. and i’ve never had such a terrible experience until today. i took my car today due to the engine oil level low light being on, and me checking the dipstick the next day and find out that my car had almost no oil. after taking the vehicle there, it was told to me that the oil was fine and they needed to do my 15k service, practically ignoring the problem it might cause that my car had no oil and the damage of the engine that this could’ve caused. even thought the service was not due. the policies of the company were explained to me in a rude way, and practically ignoring the oil problem, that it was basically why i took my car to the dealership. after talking to the advisor and told her that I NEEDED my car to get checked because of the advisory message that was shown during the weekend, and this place being the one who did my service only 4k ago, she finally agreed to do it (again in a rude way). if i haven’t had any problems with my car and the engine oil would’ve been fine, why would i even bother to take the car there? you should address this in the best way possible, because nobody want to waste time at a dealership if it was not needed. my service advisor name was jeannine and she was deeply rude and unprofessional with me as a costumer. after the service, the oil plug was in fact loose and the car was losing oil, but in the inspection sheet there was register as everything was normal, even thought it was not. so i don’t know where the “service” and the “costumer service” stands for in this time, but from start to end it was an awful service.
