Along the way to resolution of our difficulty, Service Lane Manager Paul Kim [who has ably helped us, in the past] was instrumental in communicating our concerns to the hands-on people, out in the service bays. We usually have a very pleasant experience and have been customers for about three years. However we were disappointed on this visit as work was completed and we were not told beforehand the full price. W customers for about three years. That is a huge difference (more than double) and quite the inconvenience. This changes our view of the AutoNation customer service that we previously held so high and makes me anxious to have future work completed here. Since other dealerships are notorious for putting customers in this same situation where you either come up with the extra money or don't have your car, even if this was an honest mistake there was no real accountability ($100 was deducted) and trust was broken. I would recommend proceeding with caution at this location. More
