My 2021 Highlander was serviced yesterday. My servicing agent was Shannon. She was very personable and friendly and a pleasure to talk with. I loved the new coffee bar. While I was sitting in My servicing agent was Shannon. She was very personable and friendly and a pleasure to talk with. I loved the new coffee bar. While I was sitting in the waiting area a woman offered a manicure at no charge. What??? Well of course I did that and that surely helped pass the wait time. The servicing was completed much earlier than promised. Thank you Auto Nation and Toyota for great service. More
