When I called they where completely unapologetic about the situation, and did not offer a shred of evidence that they will try to improve service int he future. It was truly a pleasure working with Wade Larry and Travis Covin when purchasing a brand new car. We received poor service from another associate names Andreas L. and walked out. He tried to push us towards purchasing how he would but that wasn’t needed. He didn’t need to convince us of anything we were there to purchase a car. Him pushing to do it his way was belittling and beyond aggravating. But Wade reached out the next day and with the help of Travis they turned a bad experience into an awesome one. He listened to what we wanted and and was very attentive before we knew it we were driving home with a brand new 2023 Camry with all the bells and whistles.
