I drive a Lexus and if I can’t get an appointment with Lexus right away, I will visit this dealer. I rated the service a 3 because my wheel lock was missing and I have called the dealer ship so many times and left messages but no one answers the phone in the service department. My advice is ANSWER the phone. I have called the main number, service number, parts number and sales but no one picks up on service. More
