Thursday evening I believe it was, I had decided that it was time for me to get an SUV. I knew a while back I needed to get one, but bought a home for my girls and I the had to filurmish the home and so my was time for me to get an SUV. I still nknew an SUV was a must but figured after all of those things, my credit score shouldn't be as great, no longer had the down payment for a car. Long story short, the timing wasn't the nest. The. On top of that, found out that I am expecting another baby. Miguel Acosta(hopefully I didn't butcher his name) is the sales rep that helped me. I made an appointment for one day then decided after getting off of work early, I'll go in just to see how, if at all, I could be helped. The process, all of the persons involved in the process and Miguel especially, made my experience seamless and COMFORTABLE. They worked with me , considered my needs and my budget that I just needed to stick to. I left there with peace and joy in my spirit, a smile on my face and the keys to my new car. They also treated my 3 year old daughter with kindness as well. I didn't get any attitudes or bad vibes. I want to that everyone at AutoNation Toyota for being a blessing in my experience and contributing positively to my journey. I definitely recommend this place and all of the people involved dpen to those whom directed me to the bathroom having to urinate every second,lol. Oh and I reached out about floor mats and Miguel made sure it happened. It was unexpected and super sweet. I pray this place and all staff have many more years of success to come.
