Samantha went above and beyond and made my Toyota Corolla Service/Maintenance appointment that I had been dreading for almost a week(I’m disabled and have trouble with mobility). I dropped my car off within Service/Maintenance appointment that I had been dreading for almost a week(I’m disabled and have trouble with mobility). I dropped my car off within feet of the service Bay Area and the nice waiting area and restrooms were nearby and very spacious and comfortable. Samantha not only made sure that I understood everything, she also had my car taken through the car wash and brought my car right up to the front door when service was complete. For almost a week I had been dreading all the walking and long wait that I thought would happen while my car was getting it’s service/maintenance done, but instead I got a very pleasant and timely experience instead. Samantha’s professional but very nice and polite attitude, sharp listening skills and helpfulness truly made me feel like I was an important customer and that I was not just a number that was placed on my car and key fob. Its great knowing that AutoNation considered disabled customers needs in every department of their business as much as they did for customers without any disabilities. I’d give Samantha and AutoNation a 20 rating if I could. More
