At first, the taste that Mall of GA Toyota left in my mouth was not good. The first service rep there was nonchalant and almost disrespectful. Then came Paul Kim...the greatest. So when I had to make another appointment about a year later and the phone representative told me I would be scheduled with Paul again, I knew I would be OK. Paul exudes great customer service. And it was only icing on the cake when my visit for an oil change that was slotted for about an hour turnover took only half the time. Without hesitation, I'll be back...as long as I can get Paul as my service guy. Ask for Paul!! More
