I took my 2010 Camry in for an oil change 2 days ago. A young gentleman greeted me kindly right after I pulled in, then led me to my service adviser, Paul Kim. Paul was super nice and efficient. I hate shopping for automobiles. The sales people typically pressure you to purchase add ons even though you indicated no. Or they try to wear you down until you give up.
