They practice deceptive and fraudulent tactics. They will tell you something should be replaced or serviced when in fact it doesn’t. Make repairs you don’t authorize instead of fixing the problem y They will tell you something should be replaced or serviced when in fact it doesn’t. Make repairs you don’t authorize instead of fixing the problem you wanted to fix. They could care less if you have a problem , after calls to the store GM and Service Manager with no return calls . This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service department. More
