Honestly I was quite disappointed by this experience. My service advisor was very nice and made the experience quite a bit better but that's the only good part. I walked in and was immediately bombarded My service advisor was very nice and made the experience quite a bit better but that's the only good part. I walked in and was immediately bombarded by a man demanding I tell him who my service advisor was and I had to look through my emails to check and he seemed to get more and more frustrated each moment I checked. Also after I left from retrieving my car, I was driving down the road and heard a very loud scraping sound about 4 miles away from the dealer and when I went to check on it... My entire front plate assembly had basically fallen off the vehicle. There are 5 screws for it, only 1 of them was put back on. I pulled over and called and was immediately greeted with the hold tone for 10 minutes and then hung up on. I called back and was told to wait and then another 10 minutes passed and was hung up on again. My service advisor eventually called me and said a tow truck would come and get me. The tow truck guy was very nice and made me feel a lot less frustrated. The whole experience was very stressful and turned me off from the Toyota network. Also they bent my key and only "bent it back to normal", after I had to ask about it. I asked for a new one and still haven't heard anything back for a week. Also I checked under my hood and noticed 6 of my plastic clips missing from the assembly. I know they were there before because I had just had an inspection on the vehicle at another dealership.
