He is knowledgeable regarding all safety aspects of the cars and shared his expertise in a manner I could understand. Jorge is respectful and did not attempt to steer me towards vehicles above my stated price range. He explained warranty information for both new and used cars. As we discussed the merits of new vs used, Dave heard us talking and shared that financing rates at their dealership start at approximately 3% for new vehicles. The interest rate at my credit union for car loans is 5.25%. This dealer financing information allowed me to consider buying a new car. We returned the next day. Brandon assisted us and shared that a car similar to the color and style we desired was enroute to the dealership. Again, Dave helped us with interest rates and presented options. Luis took care of the financing paperwork. The car arrived ahead of schedule enabling delivery later the same day. From walking into the dealership to driving out with new a brand new car, the process was seamless, professionally handled, and no pressure exerted.
