First and foremost I was not looking forward to purchasing a car due to the pressure sales I have been exposed to in the past. Well times have changed and my purchasing experience at Toyota Mall of purchasing a car due to the pressure sales I have been exposed to in the past. Well times have changed and my purchasing experience at Toyota Mall of Georgia was the best I have ever been through in my forty plus years. I called in reference to a 2009 Toyota AWD Venza and then went to the dealership...No appointment..just showned up. Was greeted by the GM who was great then was greeted by John Choe-Sales.I ended up not purchassing due to I had a business trip planned and did not have the time. John Choe stayed in contact with me following up over a 7 day period. The car was used and in detail and I was unable to SEE or drive the car on my first trip. John gave me all the background on the car and went the extra mile doing the work to answer all my questions about the car. Over the phone John worked up the trade-in value of my car (GREAT PRICE) through his GM and Finance Manager. My trade-in was paid off and I did all the research and I knew what it was worth. They gave me a great price for my car..very fair. He called and gave me all the options of financing and current interest rates and they were able to BEAT my Credit Unions rate for financing. My next visit I drove the car and John went over all the options and pricing. They discounted exactly where I needed and then I was ready to purchase. I met with Gary Bryant-Finance Manager and he was professional and excellent and had all the paper work ready and no pressure what so ever. From John Choe-Sales to Gary Bryant-Finance I could not I have asked for a better car buying experience. I have recommended Toyota Mall of GA and told several of my Friends to seek out John Choe if you are in the market for a used or new Toyota. More
Team Toyota is an exceptional experience. We had a salesman that was interested in us as people not just as a $ sign. I walked into Toyota Mall of Georgia for an oil change and walked out with a new car! While my car was being looked at, I took the time to look into their used cars. I spoke with the Used Car Director, Ru and walked out with a new car! While my car was being looked at, I took the time to look into their used cars. I spoke with the Used Car Director, Rusty Gentry. I explained my situation about wanting a more gas efficient car and one that would be safe to drive to college. He asked me questions about my price range and what I wanted in a car and got to know me very well. He asked another employee, Andree Tueme, to pull up a 2003 Tiburon GT V6 for me to check out. I walked out to see the car and immediately fell in love with it. It was exactly what I wanted! Andree took me on a test drive and showed me all of the functions of the car. When we pulled back into Toyota, I told him I wanted the car today. I filled out the paperwork and got to take home my new car! They were very respectful of my time and they were the friendliest team. Andree even helped me take pictures with my car. Overall, I had the best car-buying experience I could have asked for. Thank you Team Toyota Mall of Georgia! More
I never thought I'd find a car salesman who had so much knowledge about the car he was selling that I couldn't find a question to throw him off his game! Calan Madeley is THE most knowledgeable salesman I knowledge about the car he was selling that I couldn't find a question to throw him off his game! Calan Madeley is THE most knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with when buying a new car. From the test drive to the completion of the sale, Calan lead me through the process with ease. My trip to the finance office was easy and efficient, and I was very pleased with the experience at Toyota Mall of Georgia. I'm looking forward to my continued relationship with the dealer, and would recommend the team, especially Calan, to anyone! More

If you decide to use this dealership to purchase a Toyota make sure you have done your homework and make this your last stop. If we had decided to purchase a Toyota we would have used this dealership (I was make sure you have done your homework and make this your last stop. If we had decided to purchase a Toyota we would have used this dealership (I was really impressed with their service center) but being the first car we looked at (we were considering different manufactures) my husband got frustrated at how determined they were to sell us a car instead of understanding that we wanted to feel comfortable with our purchase and in order to feel comfortable we needed to visit a few different manufacture's dealerships. However strong their sales pitch- Robert was very friendly and as I mentioned before we would've gone back and purchased the car from them if a Toyota was the right car for us. More
michael and john were phenomenal. as a customer with less than stellar credit, i was really worried i wouldn't get a car. mike was kind, patient and answered my email with a phone call and a follow up email than stellar credit, i was really worried i wouldn't get a car. mike was kind, patient and answered my email with a phone call and a follow up email on memorial day----a holiday!!!not only did we get in contact first thing tuesday morning, he was able to tell me to "come on down" tuesday afternoon.i felt like i was on the price is right! he and john not only worked with my finances, they even made sure i could get the 6yr/120k deal---i drive ALOT between personal and work needs. this is my third toyota---first camry had 238k, most recent corolla had 160k.both of these guys were non judgemental, caring, kind and very hardworking. there's isn't anyone else i found who worked harder to get me in a car. kudos to the mall of georgia toyota team---mike and john especially---the ONLY place anyone should buy a car! The three of them were very patient with me, always ready to help me. What I like the most is that they didn't push me to do the deal. Always in a good mood even though I didn't decide right away to get the to help me. What I like the most is that they didn't push me to do the deal. Always in a good mood even though I didn't decide right away to get the car, they gave me time to do it. Honestly they treated me in an special manner,I'm very happy how things worked for me when I went there, cause I visited another dealer before and had a terrible experience. I don't have the name right now, of the gentleman in finance, but he was great, a real nice gentleman from Jamaica. Overall, I'm very happy how every thing went buying my car. I will recomend it to my friends and family. More
I took my wife's 4 Runner in to get looked at because the check engine light was on. Bill Ezell-assist service manager, told me it was the catalytic converter and the price tag was about $1000 but he'll give check engine light was on. Bill Ezell-assist service manager, told me it was the catalytic converter and the price tag was about $1000 but he'll give me a 10% discount. I told him to fix it because my back was against the wall, the car failed emissions because of the check engine light. So, he calls me 5 hours later to tell me that his tech could not get a "piece" he needed off of the old converter to put on the new one and in trying to remove it he stripped it. Bill told me the additional cost about be about $100(almost the exact amount of the discount he offered). I asked him why am I responsible for your tech stripping the "piece" and why are you using an old "piece" for a new converter. His response, "These things happen." So, after a 10 minute or so back and forth I told him to go ahead. He calls me later to tell me that the car was ready, I asked him if my wife had mentioned the brakes. His response,"Oh, I forgot! Tell her to bring it back tomorrow and I'll check them for her." We had recently had pads put on at the MOG Toyota and the brakes were making noise when stopping so my wife and I were sure that the problem was minor and Mall of Georgia Toyota would take care of it. My wife waited nearly an hour for her keys and when she came home and I looked at the receipt, the 10% discount was not applied. I called Bill to ask him why the discount was not applied and his response, "Oh I'm sorry, I forgot!" ***I am NOT making this up!*** He said he would refund my card. The next day it just gets worst. My wife brings the car back, after about 6 hours of know word I call Bill to ask if my wife's car was ready and he said, "one of the rotors are bad." The price tag is about $150.00. Take the car home and it's making a very distinct humming noise. It's the holiday season and my wife and I are very busy so we did not have time to take the car back for about two weeks. Take the car back and they say it's the rear axle...price tag about $1800.00. I spoke with Timmy Acklin-Service manager and he was very rude and unprofessional! I admit I was very upset about how they were bleeding me with the repairs and he said, "I'm not gonna sit here and argue wit you!" I said that an argument takes at least two people and he should not say a word but listen...I am a dissatisfied customer and he should listen to my concerns instead of trying to talk over me. I spoke with his boss Dave fletcher and he was very professional and he did listen but said he could do the job for $1400.00, which is not a deal at all. My final thoughts...I am getting robbed! My car was not making the noise for over 100,000 miles, we drop it off and 6 hours later we hear a noise and they are taking no responsibility. I think that Mall of Georgia Toyota are dishonest people that are overcharging. I think that they fix the original problem and break something else so you'll bring your car back. This is what I think but how can I prove it! Do not go to this place for anything! More
