Purchased my vehicle July 1 2011. When it got back Purchased my vehicle July 1 2011. When it got back from prep, it had a few surface scratches on the deck lid. We waited for more than an hour, then it came back. Looked like the scratches were gone, but by now it was dark. We took delivery then when I got it home and put it in the Garage under florescent lighting, I could see thousands of deep swirl scratches. It had the spider web looking effect. They told us to bring it back and they would fix it. My wife took it back, and they worked all day at what they called fixing it. When she got it home, it looked much better. I figured they did something right. A few car washes later, all of the compound they put on it came off and exposed the scratches again. I took the car back to the dealer and showed the body shop manager. He basically told me they would not do anything but told me I can use the same thing they used after each car wash to cover them up. I told my sales guy that if I saw these scratches before I left, I would not have purchased the car. There was no offer to properly repair this damage so I left with my damaged car. 12/20/2011 Brought my car back (WHAT WAS I THINKING!!) for its 5,000 mile service. It took a moderate amount of time. I walked around my vehicle to inspect how they treated it, and found that all 4 wheels were damaged (Had scratches around the lug holes). I asked to see the manager. He inspected it, and asked me what I wanted them to do. I told him to repair it. He ordered 4 new wheels and told me to come back when they came in. My wife took the car back to them for the new wheels, when she got home I inspected it and found that 3 out of 4 of the wheels had the same type damage as before. They told me at this point that they would order 4 more and replace them again. I Called the 1-800-Go-Toyota and they took my complaint, I explained to them that I did not have all this available time to keep bringing my car back to have wheels replaced. I e-mailed the General Manager and explained my situation, his service director Dave Fletcher responded, "About you 2011 Camry the way the wheel is designed the lug is recessed in the wheel and the socket will make some contact with the wheel." Basically telling me to expect damage 100% of the time. I e-mailed back offering to show his service personnel how to remove a lug nut without damaging a wheel. They did not respond. I called 1-800-GO-TOYOTA back and asked for an update. They told me that they reclined their offer to replace my wheels again. That is when I decided to file a complaint with the National Center for Dispute Settlement to have my car repurchased so I could replace this headache with a General Motors car. More

When I first arrived I was taken back on the size of the dealership, really expecting to be lost in the shuffle. However, I found the environment very pleasant, friendly and everyone helpful. I met Patrick Berwise through the internet and I must say he's is a joy to be associated with. He stayed in touch with me (since I was in another state) and put so much time and energy into getting me the vehicle I wanted. I appreciate him very much for this. The online sales representitive promised a discount as an incentive to drive 2 hours to view a vehicle. I was approved with my personal bank for any vehicle of my choosing but after being offered a discount incentive to drive 2 hours to view a vehicle. I was approved with my personal bank for any vehicle of my choosing but after being offered a discount on this particular vehicle,I could not pass it up. The online price was 599$ more than quoted and the sales managers would not honor the incentive discount promised or my military discount. Also, the dealer appraised my vehicle 5,000$ lower than my trade is worth. I have had 2 banks appraise my vehicle and have agreed that this dealership was definitely trying to rip me off. I wasted 4 hours driving, 2 hours negotiating, and 54$ in gas. More
We were looking fo a Prius V-Five in Silver. It is a hard to find car much less in the color you want. Surprisingly, we found cars at both Sandy Springs Toyota (SST) and Toyota Mall of Georgia. SST would not budge much on the price even though we were ready to purchase that day. Hugh and Karen (we purchased a Highlander Hybrid from Karen in 2006 and had the same great experience)came in more than a thousand less! We purchased and drove out that afternoon. The car is getting 44 MPG as advertised. If you want selection and a great experience car buying experience do your Internet homework and see Karen, Hugh and the staff at Toyota Mall of Georgia. I know this sounds like a commercial - it is not. We are just a very satisfied family with a 6-year history of satisfacion with Karen, now Hugh, and this dealership. More

They did not have the truck in stock but they went above and beyond to locate the truck with all the options in a short amount of time. Picked up my truck with all the options as I requested, the sweet part I only spent 20 minutes at the dealership. Jeff you sure picked a great team (Team Toyota) to work for you for that thanks a million times. After walking off of the Honda dealership down the street, my husband and I felt defeated. We thought that we were never going to find a nice family car in our price range. After being told that we wouldn't get a good interest rate because we are 20 and 21 and that we have never bought a car before (even though we were putting $12,000 down on the car!!!), we were just about ready to give up. For shrugs and grins we decided to look around Team Toyota Mall of Georgia to see what they offered. As we walked in, the guest services ladies were very polite and got us a salesman that was very kind, Frank Batista. He asked us what we would like to look at and what our price was without pushing our faces into the most expensive car on the lot. He took us to the 2012 Carolla and let us take it for a test drive. After test driving the amazing car, we also wanted to try out the 2012 Camry. We knew that we would be spending a little extra for the upgrade, but we needed a nice, reliable, family car. (We don't have any children now, but for the future we wanted a car that would fit their car seats and so on.) He let us test drive the car and took it a step further. He said that he just purchased the exact same car. He took us to his personal car and told us to get in so he could show us all the features that we couldn't see in the test drive. The ensure system was amazing! After driving the Camry, he asked us what we would like to do next. He didn't say, "Here's my pen, go ahead and sign for it now." He let us take our time. We decided to look at both options and both prices and he had no problem letting us compare. He also gave my husband and I plenty of time to talk alone and make the decisions that would best fit for our budget and what we were looking for in a new vehicle. After deciding on the 2012 Camry, the customer service just kept coming! We were sent to a lady (I believe her name was Amanda...I'm not exactly sure)in financing. She helped us find the warranties that best fitted us and gave them to us at a discounted price. She was very helpful! After signing for the car, we were sent to the front to wait for the car to be detailed and filled with gas. We thought we would have to wait for an hour or so, but Frank came right up to us with the keys and showed us to our new car. He even helped us set up my phone to the ensure system. (I'm not very tech savvy and there is no way I would have figured it out.) Everyone at Team Toyota Mall of Georgia was very helpful and cared about us as people and not just about making the sale. I will definitely be back to purchase another car and tell everyone I know to go their to buy a new or used vehicle. More
