Sales/Finance team were great.Vehicle was not delivered Sales/Finance team were great. Vehicle was not delivered with everything purchased - after being told it was ready for pickup. Sales manager did not care that I was having to bring it back to get the work completed. I brought the vehicle back for installation and to address two issues. 1). Poor installation of window tint 2) audio issues with phone connection. Was called to pick vehicle. Tonneau cover was installed and it had pinched the rail cover leaving a large gap. Service adviser fixed. They said there was nothing wrong with the audio/phone. Salesman and I recreated the issue in the parking lot in less than 5 minutes. Escalated issue to sales manager - he blamed me for not properly explaining the problem- but, the salesman defended me. Sales manager did not care that I was being inconvenienced AGAIN. Truck is at dealership for this issue now. More

I was in the neighborhood and decided to see if service department had time to maintenance my car. Alen and Sam were so helpful, professional and friendly, and didn’t get upset that I didn’t have an appoin department had time to maintenance my car.
