Excellent car buying experience with this dealership. Maxwell responded to my text message on Sunday afternoon, and we scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. Had scheduled appointment in advance for brake service. Was pushed from one service representatives to another. Had to wait 2 1/2 hours in a not-so-busy Tuesday afternoon to get only one-axle brake service Was pushed from one service representatives to another.
