My service advisor Samantha was excellent. She was a very young lady, but her customer service was second to none. She related and spoke with the confidence of a seasoned veteran. I was impressed by her abil young lady, but her customer service was second to none. She related and spoke with the confidence of a seasoned veteran. I was impressed by her ability to do that. I mentioned to her that Toyota may have given her some training, but, her communication seemed genuine. That appeared to be the person that she was raised to be.
