I've always had good results when bringing my Toyota for service. Map Mouth is the best and is always so friendly and good about explaining what, if anything, needed to be done to my car. My customer service rep Bobby Holcombe was outstanding! He made my service easy and got my car right in to be serviced. He was very knowledgeable about the service needing to be done and was both professio He made my service easy and got my car right in to be serviced. My experience with Alen Kadiric was great. He does an awesome job taking care of the customer. My only issue is with the service tech not adjusting the tire pressure on both sides of the car. He does an awesome job taking care of the customer. My only issue is with the service tech not adjusting the tire pressure on both sides of the car. The drivers side was done but not the passenger side which required me to go to a tire store and set the pressure correctly. More
