Toyota dealership charges a heck ton more than other places but I was happy to go there for their service quality. Unfortunately, my last visit has left me distasteful and I will surely not visit them a places but I was happy to go there for their service quality. Their staff member did not update me on my car's service status and left me hanging for over 6 hours in total. I called them multiple times and there was no one to tell me what the service status was of my car. A lackluster service for a premium price that I am certainly not willing to pay. More

POOR Customer Service!
