As usual, scheduling a service appointment was easy as well as checking my car in. I have dealt with Service Technician, Map, many times over the 17 years that I’ve taken my car in for service, and he is well as checking my car in. I have dealt with Service Technician, Map, many times over the 17 years that I’ve taken my car in for service, and he is always friendly and honest. As he promised, he gave a phone call when the car was ready and gave his expert advice on the condition of the car. I purchased 2Tires in April. One tire deflated. Customer service told me to bring car to Toyota and Tire will be replaced and installed at no cost. When I drove to dealership I w One tire deflated. Customer service told me to bring car to Toyota and Tire will be replaced and installed at no cost. When I drove to dealership I was instead offered patch job . charged $37 + tax. More
