There are specific Staff who are great to work with. However the past 3 times i have been there, the wait to have my vehicle serviced, wait to check in and wait to complete work has been too much.. Customers are not offered shuttle or rentals for longer service work and this makes scheduling very inconvenient. The waiting room is neat and clean most of the time but they can at least offer free water given the wait times and cost. More

Charged me $218 for oil , wiper changes and tire rotation on a car I purchased new from this dealership in 2018. I know prices have gone up but this is ridiculous. But at these prices I will try driving another 20 minutes in the future. My routine repair specialist is Map Mouth and he has always managed to keep repairs reasonably priced. I will wait until he returns from vacation and give your dealership one more chance. More
