I went in for a routine oil change and a diagnostic for a noise coming from my wheels. Paul was my service advisor. The technician did not hear the noise but diagnosed my water pump and lower radiator were l noise coming from my wheels. Paul was my service advisor. The technician did not hear the noise but diagnosed my water pump and lower radiator were leaking. Thankfully, the repair was covered under the extended service warranty. Overall, Paul was a good service advisor. He was supposed to follow up with me about their rental car service but never did. I would go back to this dealership. I will ask for a different technician. I am not sure how he missed the noise from the wheel. He told Paul he thought the noise was coming from a can of "Off" bug repellent I had in the pocket on the door. More
