I was met at the service entrance by David Sutherland. . I told him that I had an appointment for a 65000 mile service. His friendly, professional & courteous approach made the visit very comfortable. Af . I told him that I had an appointment for a 65000 mile service. I agreed & he directed me to the waiting area where he came for me when the service was done. After fully explaining the completed service he accepted my payment & invited me back. I was very impressed with this young man & will enjoy dealing with him in the future. More
