Waste of your time - Worse Service Center I was doing service with them last several years because of the near by dealer and it was ok with the service. Only thing they always telling us to ad I was doing service with them last several years because of the near by dealer and it was ok with the service. Only thing they always telling us to add additional problem, but that is ok you can accept or deny. But the main problem service time, it takes 2+ hours to change an oil, and never give on promised time. Other places 15-45 min. More

Service Department Suck! Their service department leaves a bad taste in servicing their clients. They brush you off with every complaint you tell them, until the car is out of warranty and then all of a sudden they take you seriously when you have to pay 410 for a broken Window. Their Service manager is not willing to help out the customer and blames the customer for the issues. Stay away from this dealer ship really been a very bad experience like pulling teeth trying to get stuff out of this service department. More
Mechanic put a zip tie on instead of the bolt they lost! I brought my truck her for Toyotas free maintenance for 25,000 miles. They did 20.000 mile service which includes oil change. They left oil filter loose leaking oil into brush guard and they lost one of the bolts and put a zip tie in to hold brush guard up on a new truck that had 2o,ooo miles. More
Took advantage of 82 year old woman My mother bought her Camry 20 years ago at this dealership and has had it serviced there ever since. Mom's battery died last week and she took it in for repair. The service tech told her the (8 year old) battery was good but her starter was bad. The car has 32K miles and looks like it just came off the showroom floor. $450 later she gets home with her new starter and in the morning it won't start. Same problem as before because it was the battery, not the starter. She took it back in and they charged her $180 for a new battery. Shame on them. Taking advantage of a helpless old woman is sinful. More

After our first car wash (hand car wash), we noticed a lot of spots on the hood, an Automation Toyota Libertyville sold us a REPAINTED brand new car!! After our first car wash (hand car wash), we noticed a lot of spots on the hood, and near the trunk. We can see the spots just under direct sunlight. So there was no way for us to notice them earlier. Not until we started towel drying and polishing the car. Professional at the nearest car shop inspected the car and proved that its repainted. It has been just three weeks since we bought the car. Returned to the dealership, and all they said was "We don't know." Also sarcastically added that "Toyota paints all of their cars." Yes, paints, but doesn't repaint brand new vehicles and sells them to customers. How could they sell us a repaired brand new car? They "don't know". Why is it repainted? They "don't know". What they can do about it? "Repaint the whole hood." Refused to exchange the car to the exact same one only without defects. Refused to give us discount. Said they can only repaint the whole hood. On the brand new car!!! More
