Saturday, 07/31/21, in the morning, I brought my Prius to AutoNation Toyota Libertyville, because the tire pressure warning light was on. I was informed that one of the tires has a slow leak due to a screw. AutoNation Toyota Libertyville, because the tire pressure warning light was on. I was informed that one of the tires has a slow leak due to a screw. They patched the tire; I drove home and parked the car. Same day, in the evening, the same tire (the one that they supposedly fixed) was totally flat with the rim sitting on the ground. I replaced the tire with a spare and, on Monday, I took the car back to the dealer. The second time, they did fix the tire and I have not had any issues since. However, they forgot to replace the tire valve cap and left the light-colored interior of my car (the driver's door and in the back of the car where the spare is) full of dirty stains and fingerprints. Utterly unprofessional. More

I went in for routine maintenance and the service was timely, and all actions taken were fully explained.
