I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time to have the oi changed on our 2019 Highlander. Even with the appointment, it took over an hour and a half to have the oil changed and the car was not washed whe oi changed on our 2019 Highlander. While I would recommend this dealership for the purchase of a new car, there are plenty of other choices for quicker vehicle maintenance. More
