Could not get ahold of the service rep to have someone pick me up and to give me status on the car. Called 5 times. The whole ordeal was 4 hours with little communication! Barely an apology. The next morning, the under carriage cover (don't know what it is called) fell down -still attached but dragging on the ground. Not able to drive it. Had to take off of work. Waiting for someone to call me back to fix it. Terrible service. More
Your service department staff are very friendly and knowledable. It's easy to schedule a servicing appointment. I would highly recommend purchasing/leasing your next car here. Tim is my sales guy. The dealership is always nice and friendly. I always feel taken care of when I visit. I DO REALLY MISS the donuts they used to provide customers waiting for service. I was disappointed that I had to make an appointment for the recall only to find out it was just to determine if My vehicle was eligible and then had to make another appointment whenever the part comes in. I was also disappointed that I had an issue with my tires that they basically would not fix. It was the tire pressure sensor stem valve that was leaking. I was told they did not work on aftermarket rims. But that didn’t seem to be an issue if I was going to buy tires. Very annoyed. It felt like a “we don’t want to be bothered” excuse. More
