Service rep was told I had Auto Care yet still charged for services. I did receive a refund, but still submitted over $30 in coupons to lower the cost and would like to have had the coupons returned. This dealership always has good discounts on oil changes, making it relatively cheaper than other auto shops for the same service. I had an oil change on my 2015 Toyota Corolla last week. Mauricio was the person who checked me in. He was kind, helpful and efficient. Initial communication was the service would take one hour. After 1 and 3/4 hours I had to find the service rep who was assisting me while I waited (clean waiting area suitable for working while waiting hour. Mauricio was very polite and apologetic and then informed me they were trying to diagnose an issue with a computer malfunction code. After another hour Mauricio informed me they would like to keep the car overnight to check everything out in detail. Mauricio offered me a no cost rental car from Enterprise. The Enterprise rep and car was at the location within 15 minutes. While the overall service took longer to diagnose and correct the issue, Mauricio explained everything in detail to me and provided the rental car. The next morning I received a call from Mauricio to let me know my car was ready. I would rather have my vehicle go through the necessary diagnosis to receive the appropriate service (and time) instead of receiving a BS answer, not correcting the issue and having to come back again for the same problem.
