After I posted my review, I had a chance to talk to GM Donald Banas. After listening to my story over the, he told me to schedule appointment for that maintenance service/second oil change free of charge per his approval. Following his recommendation, I had an appointment scheduled for last Saturday 12/10 When I called the Dealer day before 12/9 for confirmation, that appointment mysteriously disappeared. I have another appointment scheduled for this Saturday 10/17, hopefully there won't be any more surprises Andy.
