I've purchased 2 vehicles at this dealership. 2012 Sienna ($30K) and 2021 Rav4 ($29K). My 2 years free maintenance on Rav4 expired in October but my milage is only 16K miles. In November I asked Thomas (original salesman) to do one time exception and provide second oil change for free. He didn't even try to talk to manager, just declined my request. He was very polite when he was selling me that car 2 years ago, but now he showed his true colors. Very disappointed with such a treatment after buying 2 brand new cars from that place. I also recommended that dealer to a few of my friends and coworkers. They can keep $50 for free oil change but I make sure that none of the people I know (including myself) will ever do business with Libertyville Toyota again. Andy More
