Tire air pressure for my Yaris IA was not done correctly, front tires are supposed to be 36psi and rear tires are supposed to be 33psi and all were done at 32psi. I mentioned to the customer service rep to front tires are supposed to be 36psi and rear tires are supposed to be 33psi and all were done at 32psi. I mentioned to the customer service rep to note the pressure on the door jamb. This is not the first time this has happened, even though I've mentioned it to other service reps when I have come in for service in the past. Not sure why this is so complicated. More

Scheduled my car for just an OIL CHANGE, nothing else. I was at this dealer for over TWO HOURS. When I inquired why it was taking so long the service writer had no explanation.
