Tire air pressure for my Yaris IA was not done correctly, front tires are supposed to be 36psi and rear tires are supposed to be 33psi and all were done at 32psi. I mentioned to the customer service rep to front tires are supposed to be 36psi and rear tires are supposed to be 33psi and all were done at 32psi. I mentioned to the customer service rep to note the pressure on the door jamb. This is not the first time this has happened, even though I've mentioned it to other service reps when I have come in for service in the past. Not sure why this is so complicated. More

Scheduled my car for just an OIL CHANGE, nothing else. I was at this dealer for over TWO HOURS. When I inquired why it was taking so long the service writer had no explanation. She could not find my paper I was at this dealer for over TWO HOURS. When I inquired why it was taking so long the service writer had no explanation. She could not find my paper work, the tech, or my car. Not the first time I have had to wait a long time for service at this dealer, but at least those times they did more than just an oil change. Did everything they needed to get job done. Found what was wrong and fixed problem. Service by Mauricio was excellent. Only problem was rental company promised me car to get home. They gave car to someone else. Finally an Uber was called so I could get home after waiting for 2 hours. But, service at desk at Toyota dealership ordered an ubber so I could get home an hour away.
