Extremely disappointed in their service. My car (still under warranty) had a power steering malfunction warning light, they told me it was fine and there was nothing wrong. THREE days later My car (still under warranty) had a power steering malfunction warning light, they told me it was fine and there was nothing wrong. THREE days later my power steering went out on the highway while driving to another state!! I called them to ask for assistance in getting the issue taken care of since they JUST serviced the vehicle and said nothing was wrong. Another dealership looked at it and immediately let me know my power steering rack needed to be replaced! I called AutoNation to understand what options they could provide me now that I was stranded in MI and they said there was nothing they could do. I requested to talk with the supervisor, I was sent through to his voicemail and he didn’t even have the decency to return my call (this was over a week ago) I live in Libertyville but will be driving extra mileage to another dealer for all future service. It was Robert in the service department, Fortunately, after going to another department and asking how to make a complaint, the lady said she would call the service manager. Arnold, the service manager, came to speak to me. He apologized for my experience, and was very kind, caring, and helpful. He took care of my tire issue. More
The car service is excellent but the customer service could improve. A “take a number” system would decrease confusion when you enter their intake area. I’ve approached CSRs when they have no customer on could improve. A “take a number” system would decrease confusion when you enter their intake area. Poor customer service. Employee was disrespectful and sarcastic. AutoNation just lost a long-standing customer. This place has lost it’s quality of service. Employee was disrespectful and sarcastic. AutoNation just lost a long-standing customer. This place has lost it’s quality of service. More

Good service department. Wish there were some new car models to look at while car is being serviced. Most employees seem to be hard working, honest and knowledgeable.
