The service department can use some customer service improvement. When I first arrived, I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come and assist me and the customers in front of me who had be improvement. Came in for an oil change and rotation 1st service in- they want to do the oil change in 10k. Not a believer in the one year oil change plan. I will service on my own at 5k intervals. I ultimately only got a rotation. And when picking up vehicle there was an oil change sticker in the window stating the incorrect weight of oil, I returned to the writer. He said don’t worry we didn’t do an oil service. Note the paperwork looks like it reads it did. More
