Calling to schedule service painful! Will go to fox lake to avoid the call center. People barely speak English. Is this the first time you are bringing in. What needs to be serviced. I already have an appt! Why do I have to answer the same questions I just want to know if I can change the time. I recently had problems with my battery. The salesman came to my house ,helped start the car. I was able to drive to the dealer so they could find the problem and repair it. Thanks! The service department can use some customer service improvement. When I first arrived, I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come and assist me and the customers in front of me who had be improvement.
