Waiting on key fob. I ask the see I e department the guy laugh about it. Vehicle under recall, it’s been several months now! Came in for an oil change and rotation 1st service in- they want to do the oil change in 10k. Not a believer in the one year oil change plan. I will service on my own at 5k intervals. I ultimately only got a rotation. And when picking up vehicle there was an oil change sticker in the window stating the incorrect weight of oil, I returned to the writer. He said don’t worry we didn’t do an oil service. Note the paperwork looks like it reads it did. More

Not for this particular dealership but the person. Name is Verina (hope I spelled it correctly). Very nice person, knowledgeable and always have a smile on her face. Took my vehicle in on a Monday @ 3:00 PM via appointment for an issue with my drivers side headlight/turn signal malfunctioning. When I first walked in it took five minutes of me standing there for someone for an issue with my drivers side headlight/turn signal malfunctioning. When I first walked in it took five minutes of me standing there for someone to acknowledge me. Upon checking in I let the service person (Jesse) know I would be waiting. At 4:30 PM I had received no update so I went to ask for an update from Jesse who told me they "were still working on it." After an additional 45 minutes, I went back to receive an update. I then found out Jesse had left for the day without notification. The new service rep I spoke with said he would find out what was going on. Another 15 minutes later the service rep came out to find me to tell me they needed to keep my vehicle overnight because they needed to take the entire front bumper off and complete a diagnostic check to determine the cause of the issue. I wondered what they had been doing for the last 2.5 hours of me waiting? There was no offer of a loaner vehicle offered and I then had to figure out a way to get home after agreeing to leave my vehicle (strongly requested). Fast forward to the next day, at 2:00 PM I receive a call from Jesse (service rep) telling me they figured out the issue (wiring related) and my car will be ready for pick up at 3:00. I then received a text from Jesse at 4:00 PM saying my vehicle would be ready for pick up at any time (close at 7:00 PM). Upon arrival at approximately 5:15 PM and after paying, it took service personnel 10 minutes to locate my car. One person said it was being washed, the person who actually brought it to me told me it was still in the shop with the hood up. I appreciate the specific service aspects and correcting the cause of the issue but the communication aspects by the service team when you first walk in leaves a lot to be desired. Be prepared for a lot of wait time if if in fact wait for service to be completed. More
I'll guess that the services mentioned were completed, but the service writer was poor at best. He wanted to charge me for things that were covered in my Toyota Care package. but the service writer was poor at best. He wanted to charge me for things that were covered in my Toyota Care package. More
