The lack of response has made completing a warranty/recall service a big problem. They seem to forget people work and getting there at midday is not possible. Possibly, if he let me know in advance he would message me by’X time’ or something - I would have been aware. When I picked up my car, I noticed the keys were in the car prior to checking out. I told Robert - he went to the lock box and the keys were not there and indeed were in the car. When I was leaving I noticed the maintenance notice was still on and had not been reset. I asked to reset. The individual ended up getting a mechanic to show him how to reset the notice. I wish I was communicated with in advance and the process was smoother. More

I was checked in by Robert who was very personable. I waited in the new air conditioned trailer which was comfortable. Car was ready in 2 hours which was faster than I expected. I have been going to this dealer for at least ten years but this is the first time I was disappointed. I don't know what happened since my last service 6 months ago. The advisor promised that my car would but this is the first time I was disappointed. I don't know what happened since my last service 6 months ago. The advisor promised that my car would be done in 90 minutes, and he never came back to tell me it was delayed. I went to ask him 1hr and 55 minutes later and he said another 15 minutes. I saw that my car was parked and another 5 minutes go by. The advisor was already gone and the guy that was there was very rude. He finally got me checked out after another 10 minutes of waiting. Didn't even apologize for the long wait or offer a discount. I told him the other advisor said 90 minutes and all he said was this is what it is when we are short staffed. Also, they are doing renovations and the waiting area they have us in now doesn't have the wifi. You can try and click on it but nothing happens. I hope they get more staff soon and I miss the advisors that were invested in you. More
