I scheduled a 60000 service appointment at that toyota auto haus in libertyville. I have the extended service plan and the service provider tells me that there is another $1000 in service not includes in auto haus in libertyville. I have the extended service plan and the service provider tells me that there is another $1000 in service not includes in the plan that I should do. I stated I wanted to wait. Car was being worked and then they tell me there is a pcv valve that needs to be replaced. I asked them to wait on that as well. I then left and about an hour later my car dies in the middle of the road. I attempt multiple times for many hours to get a hold of the service dept to ask what they recommend I do with the vehicle. No answer by a tech no call backs by anyone for over 3 hours. I then dig through my service paperwork and it shows it includes towing At this point I was 10 miles from the dealer and they stated the location was too far and I had to pay an additional $60 to tow it back. I then wait another 2 hours and the service guy states oh somehow someone removed some air throttle. Which has a clamp to hold on. He states he doesn't know how thus could have happened. Even though they have been the only one who has serviced this vehicle since I have the service plan Now. It's 4pm. When appt was at 7am. Literally ruined my day and ruined any faith I had in this dealership Please be aware of the tactics these people use. Horrible customer service. No apologies or even attempts at trying to rectify this situation. More

I understand that most of the time when doing these service appointments at a dealership, they take you to the cleaners. But not this one. This location has been more reliable and cheaper than when I t service appointments at a dealership, they take you to the cleaners. But not this one. This location has been more reliable and cheaper than when I tried Fast Lane or Jiffy Lube. Granted, this may be because I have a 2015 Prius C that only takes full synthetic oil, so take that into consideration. But I have been using this location for my service maintenance for the past seven years and have not regretted it. More

Had a serious problem with vehicle. Steering wheel, hard to turn,battery light on also brake pedal went all the way down to the floor. Called service advisor Maricio Ramos and he stated Steering wheel, hard to turn,battery light on also brake pedal went all the way down to the floor. Called service advisor Maricio Ramos and he stated probably alternator. He got us set up with super mechanic Jasi and that was problem we have been going there since 1986. Mauricio also knows we are 30 miles away and needed a car . He got us a car to get home and use until our vehicle was fixed there. More

I think I have better luck next time with porter. The dealership set up a trailer as waiting area during construction. Not sure how hard they tried or if the trailer is the standard at this dealer. I can deal with lack of space, but can deal with the chemical odor in trailer. I go back again either they done construction or when weather is nice outside More
