Service writers are always busy and thusly customer is always left waiting. Pricing is too high. Of the last 5 visits 3 of those they forgot the complimentary car wash and leaves me siting in the garage always left waiting. Pricing is too high. The service department seems very slow. It took almost 2 hours today to have a very routine inspection and maintenance on a new car and to program a second key fob. Seems like a long time t It took almost 2 hours today to have a very routine inspection and maintenance on a new car and to program a second key fob. Seems like a long time to wait considering the size of the dealership. The counter person was fine and seemed to do a good job, but in general when you walk into service oftentimes nobody even talks to you and they're all looking at their computers. Not sure what they're looking at, but they sure aren't in any hurry to serve the customer, Even when I have an appointment. When I bought my $55,000 crown in January, there's essentially no training on the complicated systems that come with such a modern car. I think sometime on the part of the sales people should be spent covering the high points on how to do some of the things at this very sophisticated car can do. When I bought my Avalon in 2021, the salesperson gave me a complete kit with finishing related products that helped me to maintain it. I was given nothing this time. In fact, I didn't even have my second fob to give to me until only recently. This time nothing was even mentioned about the free maintenance, the timing, or what was covered. The bottom line is that I don't see this dealership as being very customer friendly. You asked me yes or no whether I would recommend it and I wish that I could have had a numeric scale because yes or no forces an answer that's too extreme and not refined enough. If it wasn't so convenient for me geographically, I would definitely shop around for my next car. More
