Ive purchased my last two cars from here and I will be purchasing my next one as well. Sam, the sales associate I work with has always been super helpful and still recognizes me when he sees me in for mai purchasing my next one as well. Kiernan ,the sales manager worked with me as well to get a fair trade in and financing. Most maintenance visits have no issues. However at a recent visit, there were some communication issues between the front of the house and back of the house. This caused me to be late to a memorial service and I still had to come back after they got the parts in. I was fuming and really disappointed. However, the service associate, and manager Carlos made it right. The extended a good discount on the service and 2 oil changes to compensate for the frustration and time. I didn't even have to ask for it. Will for sure be a loyal client and respect their professionalism and commitment to customer service. More

The dealership's answering service 1) knows nothing about your car and can't answer questions 2) never had the requested competent service writer call me back. Specific scheduling via their website isn't any better. I stopped by, spoke to an actual person, got my questions answered and service scheduled - just like I once could over the phone. Be sure to get the direct number to your service writer when you are there, and in the future, you can speak directly or leave messages directly. All that said, the dealership does an excellent job keeping my vehicles running. AND I appreciate being able to stop in for free fluid top-offs and air pressure adjustments. More
