I have brought my Scion in for maintenance since I purchased it in 2016 and have been very happy with the service I’ve received. Took car in for electrical problem. They fixed it . When I picked up the car on my receipt was a service review. It stated my brakes were in very bad condition I asked how much it woul They fixed it . When I picked up the car on my receipt was a service review. It stated my brakes were in very bad condition I asked how much it would cost for brakes and was told $450 per axle. I took my car in to my regular shop and had brakes checked. They are fine!!!!!!! You will not see me again! Trust is important More
The female service agent I have had the past two times is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. The mechanics are competent and address any issues that my Matrix may have. Went to the Dealership today to buy a new Toyota car. Left the dealership as the sales person did not negotiate a price. Within an hour they called me and gave a new quote. After considering it I have Left the dealership as the sales person did not negotiate a price. Within an hour they called me and gave a new quote. After considering it I have called them back within 2 hours and the salesman refused to honor the price he quoted 2 hours earlier. Would stay away from this dishonest dealership!!! I have had a follow up conversation with Alfredo. He took care of business. We are all good now. Appreciate his professionalism and prompt response. Pleasure to do business!
