Went in for new tires. Said it would be 1 1/2-2 hours. Was shuttled to Macy's. Could not get ahold of the service rep to have someone pick me up and to give me status on the car. Called 5 times. The whole ordeal was 4 hours with little communication! Barely an apology. The next morning, the under carriage cover (don't know what it is called) fell down -still attached but dragging on the ground. Not able to drive it. Had to take off of work. Waiting for someone to call me back to fix it. Terrible service. More
We had a great experience working with Rick. He helped us get the Costco auto pricing, and place an order for a specific car and features. Since the inventory shortage, it did take a few months He helped us get the Costco auto pricing, and place an order for a specific car and features. Since the inventory shortage, it did take a few months to get a special order vehicle. During this time, he kept informed about other options and updates with our order. No one tried to up sale us, or give us something we didn’t want. They didn’t force vehicle options on us to add to their profits. Great experience overall. More

The dealership is always nice and friendly. I always feel taken care of when I visit. I DO REALLY MISS the donuts they used to provide customers waiting for service. I was disappointed that I had to make an appointment for the recall only to find out it was just to determine if My vehicle was eligible and then had to make another appointment whenever the part comes in. I was also disappointed that I had an issue with my tires that they basically would not fix. It was the tire pressure sensor stem valve that was leaking. I was told they did not work on aftermarket rims. But that didn’t seem to be an issue if I was going to buy tires. Very annoyed. It felt like a “we don’t want to be bothered” excuse. More
took my car in for brake fluid service and to check brake pads. Unfortunately, a number of other issues were identified. Dealership gave me estimate and offered to take me home since work would be about 3 pads. Unfortunately, a number of other issues were identified. Dealership gave me estimate and offered to take me home since work would be about 3 hours. When I called 3.5 hours later, they were still working on car and said would take another hour or so because having problem removing a bolt and would need to drill it out. 2.5 hours called and said only 20 more minutes of work to be done. I headed to dealership and when I arrived was told mechanic was finishing up and they would then wash car. I paid bill and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, after an hour of waiting my car was finally ready for me to take home. It was a very long, expensive day. Disappointed in communication from service staff and how long it took to complete the work. More
