Appointment sat. 5-28 Re my 2017 Sienna. The sliding door or the drivers side would not close electronically. After the inspection I was told they had to order par 5-28 Re my 2017 Sienna. The sliding door or the drivers side would not close electronically. After the inspection I was told they had to order parts so no repair happened. When I got home I found the other sliding door and the tail gate door would also not close. I was not advised that this would happen. Very disappointed with this service experience. I am waiting to hear when the parts are received. I expect to leave with all three electronically closing doors working. As to the above would I recommend this service center, there is little other choice. More

During my last visit I provided a $50 coupon (that I had forgotten in the car). I was told it was too late to include the deduction on my bill and it would be placed in my records for my next visit. When I arrived for my 11:00 appointment I was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. So, I waited in the customer waiting area. At 1.5 hours I was told they were behind and it would be 20-30 minutes more. It was almost an hour more, for a total of 2.5 hours for a 75,000 checkup! I had to make changes in my schedule for other appointments I had made. I was so frustrated I forgot to check for the $50 credit till I got home. Of course it wasn't on the bill. At this point I believe we will begin to take our car to Classic Toyota where it was originally purchased. Although Autonation is closer to our house it is obviously not more convenient. More
