Service rep was told I had Auto Care yet still charged for services. I did receive a refund, but still submitted over $30 in coupons to lower the cost and would like to have had the coupons returned. This dealership always has good discounts on oil changes, making it relatively cheaper than other auto shops for the same service. I had an oil change on my 2015 Toyota Corolla last week. Mauricio was the person who checked me in. He was kind, helpful and efficient.
