The service department is great. Many familiar faces. However, the retrieval of your vehicle after it has been serviced could use some improvement. I had to bring in my car for service when mice had chewed through my cabin filter. Carlos was my service advisor. He was very informative, professional and thorough in his attention to my service. Service visit yesterday took two full hours to complete, longer than usual and when I’d paid and was ready to leave there was no one at the desk in the garage to get my car. After waiting several minutes I went back to my agent inside who was very uninterested to say the least. Went back to garage, tried to get someone’s attention, (at some point a guy walked by and said “I’m going to lunch”). Went back inside again, no help. FINALLY a man who seemed unfamiliar with with what to do got my car. NEVER had this kind of experience here before. Not happy and prices up dramatically as well. More
