Got a full tank of gas, and they registered and provided us with plates on the spot (as out of state buyers) so it saved us a trip to the DMV! easy! They had me waiting almost 3 hours to tell me they needed to order a part, then when I came back to get the service done, I waited almost an hour for them to tell me they ordered the wrong part wasting 6 hou to order a part, then when I came back to get the service done, I waited almost an hour for them to tell me they ordered the wrong part wasting 6 hours of my time and gas with travel time! After this issue is fixed, I will not go back to AutoNation Libertyville service department! More
